Four steps, and the first one is the one that saves the most money.
1. Check fitment before anything else
Use the fitment finder, or just tell us the year, the cab and the bed length. Those three facts settle most questions. If your year is not listed, send us the VIN and we will check the interchange, because a part that fits a 2017 often fits a 2019 and sometimes does not fit a 2018.
2. Look at the photographs properly
Every photograph is of the actual unit. Zoom in. If you want a closer shot of a particular corner, ask and we will take one.
3. Order and pay
You can pay by card through a payment link we send you, or by bank transfer. We hold the item for you for 48 hours while payment clears. After that it goes back on the shelf, because holding stock indefinitely is how a part gets sold twice.
4. Delivery, and the bit everyone skips
Bumpers, tailgates and beds ship by freight. Somebody needs to be there to take it off the truck. Check it before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing, because that document is what a freight claim runs on. Once you have signed clean, a carrier has very little reason to pay out.
Small parts ship by parcel and you will get a tracking number when it leaves.
