Return freight is paid by the buyer unless the part was wrong or we described it incorrectly, in which case we cover it.
Restocking is 20% on a change-of-mind return. Not "may apply". It is 20%.
The part must come back in the condition it left, with any brackets and hardware it shipped with.
Used body panels are sold as-is on finish. Scuffs and chips are not grounds for a return, because they are disclosed in the photographs.
If it arrives damaged
This is the important one. Note the damage on the bill of lading before you sign. Photograph it on the truck if you can. A freight claim without a noted BOL is very hard to win, and once you have signed clean the carrier has almost no reason to pay.
Tell us the same day and send the photographs. We will handle the carrier claim from there.
Refund timing
Once the part is back and checked, refunds go out within 5 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers can take a further few days to show depending on your bank.
What cannot be returned
Custom-ordered new beds built to a specific chassis spec, and any item modified, drilled or painted after delivery.
