Fitment
Every listing states the year range, make and model it fits. Use the fitment finder to narrow it down, or send us the year, the cab and the bed length and we will confirm before you order. If you have the VIN, that is better still.
Not necessarily. Ask. Interchange data is sometimes broader than what we have published, and we would rather check than lose you a part that actually fits.
Where the brackets survived the pull, yes, and the photographs show what is included. Assume you will need new bolts.
Condition
Yes. Every photograph is of the unit you would receive. We do not use stock images and we do not photograph one panel to sell another.
Probably not exactly. Used painted panels are sold as-is on finish. Factory paint drifts with age, so a panel off another truck of the same colour code will usually be slightly different. Most people accept it or respray.
Yes, on the truck bed side. New aluminium and steel service bodies, skirted flatbeds and gooseneck beds from the manufacturers. Those are listed as new. Everything pulled off a truck is listed as used.
Ordering and delivery
Card through a secure payment link we send you, or bank transfer for larger orders. We hold the item 48 hours while payment clears.
Freight is quoted per order, because distance and size change it completely. You get one delivered figure before you pay.
Inspect it before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading. That document is what a freight claim runs on, and signing clean makes a claim very hard to win.
After the sale
90 days, parts only. It covers the part being wrong or not as described. It does not cover labour, paint or freight.
Within 90 days, yes. Return freight is on you and there is a 20% restocking charge on change-of-mind returns.
No. Used supplemental restraint components cannot be verified against their original performance standard, several states restrict fitting them, and undeployed modules are regulated in transit. Seats, where listed, are supplied without them.
