Two ways things leave here: freight and parcel. Which one applies depends on the part, and it changes what you need to do at your end.
Freight items
Truck beds, service bodies, flatbeds, bumpers, tailgates and grille guards all move by freight. They travel on a pallet or a flatbed trailer.
What that means for you:
Somebody needs to be there. Carriers will not leave a bed on a driveway.
You need a way to get it off the truck. Most freight deliveries are kerbside and the driver is not required to unload a service body for you.
Inspect before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading. That document is the whole basis of a freight claim.
Parcel items
Tail lights, hardware, brackets and small trim ship by parcel carrier. You get a tracking number when it leaves. Check the box before you sign where the carrier allows it.
Cost
Freight is quoted per order, because a service body going three states away and a tailgate going one town over are not the same shipment and we are not going to pretend they are. We give you one delivered figure before you pay. That figure is the figure.
We do not publish a zone matrix, because a matrix on a freight item is a guess dressed up as a policy.
Timing
Parts leave the yard within 2 business days of cleared payment. Freight transit is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on distance. We will tell you the carrier's estimate when we book it.
Where we ship
Continental United States. We do not ship outside it.
