Plain terms for buying used and new truck parts from us.
Fitment is a shared job
We publish the year range, make, model and cab for every part, and we will confirm fitment for you before you order if you ask. If you order without checking and the part does not fit your truck, that is a change-of-mind return under the returns policy, with return freight and restocking on the buyer.
Condition
Used parts are used. Every listing states its condition and shows photographs of the actual unit. Used body panels are sold as-is on finish.
Stock
Most used parts are one-of-a-kind. Listing something does not reserve it. An order is confirmed when payment clears.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before taking payment rather than quietly shipping or quietly cancelling.
Trademarks
Vehicle manufacturer names are used to describe fitment only. We are not a dealer, we are not authorised by any manufacturer, and no endorsement is implied.
Restricted parts
We do not sell airbags, airbag modules, seat belts, pretensioners or clock springs. Used supplemental restraint components cannot be verified against their original performance standard, several states restrict fitting them, and undeployed modules are regulated in transit. Seats, where we list them, are supplied without supplemental restraint components.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the part. We are not liable for labour, downtime or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business operates.
