This is a used part. It came off a vehicle and is sold in the condition shown in the photographs.
A factory take-off wheel and tire package is the cheapest way to put a 35 inch setup on a Bronco, because the wheels and tires come off a new truck together and have done almost no miles. Buying the set complete also means the TPMS sensors come with it, which is the part people forget: without sensors the truck will throw a tire pressure warning until new ones are fitted and programmed.
