This is a used part. It came off a vehicle and is sold in the condition shown in the photographs.
The King Ranch twenty is a factory alloy rather than a chrome-clad steel wheel, which is why sets come off new trucks when owners go aftermarket. Note what the seller has been careful to state: no lug nuts and no TPMS sensors, and the rear center caps may not suit the longer rear hubs on 2017 onwards. Those three details decide whether this is a bolt-on or a parts order, and the seller has put them in writing.
