This is a used part. It came off a vehicle and is sold in the condition shown in the photographs.
The 12 inch portrait screen is the centrepiece of a Sync 4 upgrade, and the climate panel below it is part of the same assembly on trucks that use it. The LVDS cable is the piece most people miss: it is the video link between the screen and the module, it is not included with a bare screen, and the upgrade will not display without it.
